For this type specimen project, I showcased the serif typeface Meno Banner through a poster centered on Patti Smith, whose raw, poetic energy reflects the expressive qualities of the typeface. Patti Smith’s role as the “Godmother of Punk” provided a compelling narrative framework that showcased the typeface’s lyrical curves and bold presence. The final poster functions as both a celebration of typographic form and a tribute to an artist whose voice reshaped cultural history.
